Bartlett Equipment Company Inc. was founded by Pete Bartlett in 1951 and provided PECO Filtration to the Oklahoma region. In 1972, Gary Bartlett took ownership of the company and continued to grow with the addition multiple product lines upon acquisition. The Bartlett family has philanthropic efforts with Oklahoma State University and has a building for fine arts and marketing in their namesake. They also created the Center for Individuals with Physical Challenges in Tulsa, OK.

In 2021 Thermoflo Equipment Company, establish in 1984, merged with Bartlett Equipment Company. The owner of Thermoflo was Jerry Wilburg, who acquired Thermoflo in 2000. Jerry Wilburg, alongside his wife, Betty Wilburg, owned and managed the company for 22 years before merging. They volunteer with the Disaster Response and the Minutemen rapid response team. They bring their product lines as well as 44 years of chemical engineering and sales experience.

In the Fall of 2021, Neal Singletary acquired Bartlett Equipment and Thermoflo companies. Neal’s wife, Rebecca, helps support the business in office administration, and together they have 26 years of marriage and 4 children, one of whom followed in his footsteps to become an engineer. The Singletary family have been active members in Special Olympics for 13 years. Alongside his family, Neal, is bringing 26 years of engineering, sales, and professional relationships to continue to grow the Bartlett Equipment Company Inc. legacy.
